In Russia the weather is predictable. If it's rainy in the morning it's going to rain all day.
ReplyDeleteIn Russia we have also have many different ways what to say when the weather is bad. For example, you can say "L'et kak iz vedra" (It rains cats and dogs). But we don't pay so much attention to it.
