- Terrible weather today, isn't it?
- Not very promising, isn't it?
- Looks like rain, doesn't it?

Possible replies
- Yes, horrible. And they say it's going to stay ike this until the weekend.
- Yes, dreadful.
- Yes, terrible. Good for the garden, though.
- Yes, awful. I'll be glad when the summer comes.
- Yes, shoking. No sign of its changing either.

  1. In Russia the weather is predictable. If it's rainy in the morning it's going to rain all day.

  2. In Russia we have also have many different ways what to say when the weather is bad. For example, you can say "L'et kak iz vedra" (It rains cats and dogs). But we don't pay so much attention to it.
